• Parts Included – Replacement parts & components are included with some service contracts. Please see the statement of work for service specifics.

• Annual Site Visit – Coverage on 3 phase and cooling products includes an Annual Site visit to helps assure your system will perform to the manufacturer specifications

Extended warranty coverage for accessories

For registered accessories that were not sold as part of the original UPS solution, Schneider Electric offers a 1-year Service Pack Extended Warranty for coverage beyond the factory warranty period. This offer applies to Rack Mount PDUs, Transfer switches, KVM switches, LCD Monitors, and Battery Monitoring. Extended warranties can be renewed for up to 5 years from the manufacturing date.
