ABB DPA 60 UL

The ABB DPA 60 UL modular UPS, with decentralized parallel architecture (DPA), was conceived for small to mid-sized data centers. This energy-​efficient modular UPS uses 20 kW power module for power ratings from 20 to 60 kW at 208V with internal batteries. The Decentralized Parallel Architecture (DPA) is modular and expandable, online swappable, true online double conversion UPS.

The DPA 60 UL module has two energy-efficient operating modes:
  –  Double conversion efficiency up to 94% 
  –  Eco mode efficiency up to 99%
The DPA platform is designed so both operating modes provide high reliability with no single points of failure. The DPA eco mode operation provides up to 80% reduction in energy losses and provides significant energy savings including less cooling

This advanced UPS design provides the highest degree of protection in critical applications where the load must be fed with quality power. These DPA systems utilize decentralized parallel architecture that ensures the highest level of reliability and availability with true redundancy across modules.
