Eaton’s 9PX G2 lithium-ion UPS builds on the highly successful 9PX platform to create a best-in-class power management solution. The lithium-ion batteries provide a longer lifespan, more than double the runtime compared to similar lead-acid batteries. Industry-leading hardware technology and Brightlayer software allow end users and service providers to deploy distributed edge applications with confidence, simplify fleet management and proactively monitor all critical equipment.

Every 9PX G2 lithium-ion UPS comes with a cybersecure Gigabit Network Card, allowing you to monitor and manage your UPS fleet remotely for greater convenience and peace of mind. For smaller environments, you can connect to UPSs using a web browser and receive email alerts. For larger deployments spanning multiple locations, 9PX G2 lithium-ion UPSs integrate smoothly via SNMP with digital solutions from our Brightlayer portfolio.

Eaton’s exclusive lithium-ion battery management system (BMS) monitors the health of each battery pack individually, including temperature and charge cycles. The UPS alerts in advance when battery health is low, proactively pinpointing which battery pack in the UPS or EBM requires replacement soon. Individual battery health can also be checked at any time using the LCD control panel or remote management interface. When internal battery packs require replacement, they are hot-swappable and accessible from the front of the UPS.
